| Are the cottages close together? | Yes, they are all close to each other and are located around a courtyard. |
| Can we check-in earlier? | Yes, providing the cottage is ready you can, please call for an earlier check-in time. |
| When can I use the pool? | The normal opening times for the pool area is from 8am to 10pm during school holidays. However for other times, the pool will be closed for baby swimming classes for four mornings during the week. Exact times will be provided on arrival at the cottages. |
| Is there ample parking? | Yes, we have a very large secure parking area on the site. |
| Do I have to pay to use the pool? | No. As a cottage resident, you may use the pool and games room during the opening times free of charge. |
| Who else uses the pool? | The pool is not open to the general public. Cottage residents and the owners are the only pool users. |
| Can I smoke? | All our cottages and indoor facilities are non-smoking. |
| Can I bring my pet? | Dairy and Stable Cottages only. |
| Will I be able to use my mobile phone? | Yes. We have not found any problems with the coverage in this area for any of the networks. |
| Is there a pub nearby? | Yes, within walking distance. The Stamford Bridge Inn serves food and we have received good comments from visitors. |
| Can I catch a bus into Chester? |
Yes. Please look at routes 82 and 84 on the bus details on www.chestercc.gov.uk/ You will need to look for Stamford Bridge Inn and A51 Cotton Lane for places to get onto the bus. |
| Can I park my car near to the cottage? | Yes, we have ample parking facilities on the doorstep of your cottage. |
